Hi there! I’m Tamara (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering individual psychotherapy for adults.
I support folks with complex stories to experience more freedom in their everyday lives. I started Seasons of Self because I was done with sterile, transactional therapy that made me feel judged, rushed or like a number. I wanted a space where people could actually exhale, feel seen and be held as whole humans.
I am passionate about helping clients feel seen, validated, and supported. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in active listening, empathy, and even a little humour when appropriate!
My mission is to create a soft landing, session after session, where you can take what you need, leave what you do not and slowly feel more like yourself again.
